People have been saying Anderson will be a replacemnt for Scholes in the future and will be valued at £30m in a few years he's that good. I havent seen him though. I'm excited already with the amount of signings we're making. I suppose it's well done to Queroz

A lot of strong rumours linking us with Anelka. Might be the final piece in the spending spree.

er..why? Anelka isnt exactly the deadliest predator in the book and is getting on abit. Darren bent is going begging.

Anelka is twice the player Bent is. Anelka is only about 28, rapid, brilliant finisher and would make our attack even more blistering.

For 8m< bargain for me.

£8 mill for Anelka is a bargain I'd say. He is a quality striker, since leaving Arsenal I don't think hes really settled anywhere. Maybe a move to Man Utd will be good for him, he definitely wouldn't turn down the opportunity to play for them.

Hes a temperamental player, reason being thats why he left Arsenal.

His agent is the main problem. Anelka himself has been reported as being quite less troublesome than people expected (this coming from Fenerbache and Bolton fans).

His problem is that he cant settle anywhere - Real Madrid, Liverpool, M.City, Fenerbache and has played a few games for Bolton but done well. He was excellent at Arsenal but I still think there are better people out there.

For that price?

Name them.

Ok.

Mark Viduka - Free
£3m hasnt hurt the Elite before so £11m for Huntelaar. Scores a hell of a lot of goals and is young. Has the same qualities as Anelka.

Huntelaar is an unknown quantity in England, there is no guarentee he would even be able to adapt.

And I'd rather Anelka to Viduka although I wouldn't be that disapointe in signing him.
