In My opinion, they are going to definetley going to win the premiership unless chelsea buy Villa or Liverpool but Alves and Torres. Man Utd have spent a lot of money, but do you think they will do better or worse with the signings?

As boring and clichéd as the answer is, only time will tell.

See how these new lads adapt.

I'd agree with Kiko, depends on how well they adapt.

We all know the scenario for some of the foreign players that come to the Premiership. But the quality I think is there.

3 midfielders worth £50m interesting. Obviously Scholes, Giggs etc. arent going to play for ever but do they need another striker or will Saha be good enough to partner Rooney (or have they signed/got someone else I've forgotten?)

they havent bought any strikers but now looking at their midfield and the strength, pace, and skill of it, they only need one striker

remember when it was 4-4-1-1, van nistelrooy up front and scholes behind him, that team was class.

Seriously I can't see Carrick and Hargreaves being there at the same time and I think Carrick is ok but United wouldn't have paid 17m for Hargreaves if they didn't think he was quality and Bayern wouldn't have been reluctant to let him go if he wasn't.

Fergie is building the midfield not just around Hargreaves. He bought Carrick for a reason and his last season proved he has the quality.

Why can't I log out? :(

What do you know about Anderson? Will he play much next season?

You can't log out because me and kolo are getting bored of each other.

Ah right. :D

All I know is the few youtube videos that are about. Seems to be in the Ronaldinho mode and seems to point to United to be playing one up top next season. This would seem to point to a striker being signed before the start of the season.
