I just hope its a good game with loads of flair and skill on the pitch. It would be a boring game if we play for the draw. I just hope we can re-ignite the club and they can have a one off, decent game as the past performances are been dire.

fuck them, i'm not bothered, i'd only be paying for over priced half full cider anyways. I went to asda and bought my own cider. Thats probably why they are calling me lol. If I had the money I would have been out, but I need new brakes for my car and i've just paid my £80 fine today.

92nd minute... Typical of England to let it go in the closing minutes of the game. Same with Pools as well!! :cry:

yeah very late goal!! Never mind, it was an ok goal, annoyed a little because of that late goal at the very end.

The 2nd half performance was much better than the 1st half.

In the first half, Brazil didn't give us an opportunity to make an attack. Joe Cole looked frustrated, couldn't seem to break through on the wing, Lampard couldn't find his football shoes.

2nd half was brighter, more attack, caught Brazil on the back foot a few times, quality freekick from Beckham, think we can settle that he done his job.

Towards the end, England looked twitchy, no 'umph' to close the game and a goal was daunting against them sometime and it did.

Overall, not a bad game, lots of experimenting from McClaren, think we should see Crouch and Owen next Wednesday up front. With Beckham crossing in balls we need a tall player who can produce from that.
