Doesn't matter mate, you look at his performances this season and he was one of the players who carried us. How old was Zidane in the World Cup and he was as good as his prime.

Age blatantly goes matter as players have a sell by date and he must be in that date now, yeah he had a good season last season but can he do it again at his age, whatever that is. All I know is he isn't young anymore and 2 million is about right.
Maybe 2 million isn't right compared with prices of today but its a normal price for a good player. Prices like 30million are just pathetic and they need to be capped.

That's not the reason at all. Scholesy is one of the best players in the world despite his age, I'm sure he will have another good few seasons. I know that if we sell Scholes we won't be winning trophies next season, this was shown last season and how when he came back this season we were awesome.

2Million is about right, he's not going to get any better is he? He is going to become slower, and less reliable as his age increases.

what planet are you from, they were both in the PFA team, other players recognise how great they are, new players esspecialy young ones like nani and anderson take a season to get into the squad properly, besides scholes has always said when he leaves united he wont carry on in the premiership. Any team would love to have Scholes and Giggs in , i bet moronio would love to have them if he had the chance, i think you need to do what BB said "quit you jibba jabba fool"

It's a dumb rumour. The only way this would come about is if Scholes asks for a transfer, but of course he would be sold to the highest bidder which won't be Sunderland. If Scholes were a free transfer this would seem more probable.
And the upshot is that no-one apart from Littlejohn saviour of E thinks it's remotely likely. How can you say he's useless when you look at the contribution he's made to United's title winning team?
