If Dynamo Kiev takes 1 point in the match against Karpaty Lviv today, DK will become champion of Ukraine. Shahtar Donetsk lost all cups this season. Metallist Kharkov is third. I am waiting for Champions League yet.

Do you think they'll ever go far in the CL? I mean you look at teams like Monaco, Porto, Liverpool...pretty average teams who have got to the final...

I doubt it. Levski Sofia just finally got into the group stages of the CL so i still think these teams have some way to go. I also don't think the Eastern Europe teams for the most part are yet on par with the French and Portugese league. I think in the next 10 years they'll start to, but they are just starting to get things going after the fall of the Soviet Union. Really, many of these leagues are only around 15 years old or so in their current state. Foreign investment and players are starting to come in. We can only hope that they can start to perform.
