I don't know , it depends on how many strikers he is punting out of the door. The Â£400,000 offer from the huns was frugal. I'd expect them to squeeze together some more coppers for a decent bid. Plus he's a bluenose so we'd have to put together a decent package.

the guy is a decent enough player but is he any better than what we have at the club already?. personally i dont think so.

I'd tend to agree although I'd have taken Naismith before Killen anyday.

I'm sure if Walter Smith thought it absolutely necessary to pay what they ask for then he would be given the money. I just think he would rather spend it elsewhere on what he believes to be better quality players. He reportedly is going to put over £4m in for the french dude. So he does have money for the right player but they wont go down the same route as the Advocaat era.

I spoke to a guy who has something to to with goings on at Rugby park who told me that if Naismith does leave, the only place he will be going is Ibrox. That's where his mind is set on apparently.

That'll be why he withdrew his transfer request instead of waiting on Celtic to talk to him me feels.
