Im arranging a charity football match between my company and one of our suppliers.I aim to raise Â£5000,ive pledged to make up the shortfall myself.
Its for cancer research UK!
one event is pulling a lorry from 1 warehouse to the other which isnt very far but it is 16 tonnes.
I am having my chest waxed.
but the big thing is if we raise Â£5000 without my money both companies have agreed to match it..

So what gets people to part with their money?????

PLEASEgive me some ideas.

shave your head!!

have volunteers take pledges before the event and on the day shave their heads.

some will look funny, some will look bad but it's not a bad look for the summer.

advertise it in the town, and try to get a few local sponsors on board.
and if there are any big local Professional clubs write to them and arrange a couple of players to come out, pro clubs love to be seen that they are supporting charities.
it happens all the time here in oz, they just write to a club and players will turn up

Ive paid for a double decker bus to take the staff to the match.Only condition is they wear the bandana and take a plastic sword.If they dont they pay a tenner for the charity.the wat i see it is if you have a load of pissed up people with plastic swords your no more than 2 seconds from total mayhem.
