An excellent Idea I found on Gizmos site:

As I suggested in the other thread I think this would be much better than the Carling Cup. Think of the great ties, Arsenal v Barnet, Fulham v QPR, Chelsea v Brentford, Millwall v West Ham...even if they don't play their first teams it would be great just to have those matches.

I also think we should have the home nations matches on the internationals scene.
