A Manchester magistrate who refused to deal with a defendant because she was wearing a full Muslim face veil could face disciplinary action.

I totally agree with him and understand his actions. This is a court of law, you can't just go in covering your head as anyone could be underneath the veil!!!

Exactly I imagine it would be very awkward and uncomfortable. I would probably talk to them but I wouldn't be happy.

Do you know that when a motorcyclist goes into a bank he must remove his helmet but these people don't have to remove their veil.

If people wish to live in this country they should be willing to live by our culture as we would be expected to live by theirs if we went over there.
