West Ham sign Faubert

West Ham produced the money to sign French internationalist Faubert despite him wanting to go to Rangers. The 6.1 million fee swayed Bordeaux, whilst Rangers couldn't manage that much.

He should be a cracking signing for the hammers.

He plays on the right wing either attacking or defencive.

He would have been just what we needed to give we wee Chris Burke a boot up the arse.

Yeah, he's a nice player. Bordeaux are more of a defensive minded team so we'll see what West Ham want him for. By the way, how many players does this make for West Ham now? They seem to be buying up every player that's out there. By the end of this they'll have enough players to yield three first teams.
