Best FREE Software for making Sig's

Ok , Because i am a tight fisted Clam that refuses to pay for 'software' . Can some one point me in the direction of a free Sig Making program?:nodyes:

If you mean something that will automatically make those cool looking sigs that some members have then no. There is no such thing.
Got to make your own with image editing software like Photoshop (not free but 30day trial available). Next best thing that is 100% free is GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program (http://www.gimp.org/)

or just ask and a member may make one for you.
