After Chelsea's fine for tapping up Ashely Cole and Tevezgate, do you think clubs should be fined according to their wealth or clubs docked points because of the situation depending on the situation are in?
Most people seem to disagree with me but I just think this is unmanageable, we all know how to tell the taxman were not earning much and I'm sure, through off shore bank accounts etc. clubs would be able to deceive the authorities.

Maybe they should base it on the amount of wages they pay out. They can't get round that. Obviously clubs with more money will pay high amounts of wages to their team as opposed to poorer clubs.
Then with this assumption, find them 6 months of their total wages for serious fines!!

That's quite a good way for determining it actually. The problem with docking clubs points is that it's down to interpretation too much and they'll face huge criticisms of favouritism, fining one club and docking another club points because of their league position etc.
Think 'means' testing the fines is actually quite a good way and might work - might also bring wages down but I doubt it.
And no I'm not a socialist.
