The law of the land says, you have the right to remain silent etc etc,The letter that comes thru your door telling youve been nabbed by a speed camera says you must name who was driving your car,a contradiction me thinks.
so what do you do????

I'm no expert on this, but isn't the difference that you are given the right to remain silent when being arrested? The letter is a legal document.

I have an 170 mph car and a lot of places to be in a hurry mate.
I view having to name the driver as an infringement of my constitutional rights. The right to remain silent runs right thru the process including at trial in court.

You also have a duty of care to other road users, including sticking to speed limits.
Nothing personal, I've just had one too many close shaves when I've been cycling.
