Right this is getting beyond a joke with the amount of takeovers that are going on in the Premiership. Manchester Unites, Liverpool, Manchester City, Newcastle and what Sky Sports News are saying, Soon to be Arsenal.
I remember the days when the team only got success through playing good football. Only buying the players with the money you got from sponsorship and where you finished. Today all you need it a wealthy business man to take over your club and hey presto, you will end up finishing at the top of the league.
This in a way is having an unfair advantage to the smaller less wealthy clubs. Even if clubs finish in the top 4 positions in the league, a club who has just been taken over like Newcastle will still have more money to buy new players with. Since players only care about wages, they will end up going to the club who offers them the most money so this would end up being Newcastle.
Give it a few years the clubs that finished in the top 4 who haven't been taken over by millionaires will not be able to compete with the wealthy clubs. So in the long run, if you haven't been taken over by a millionaire you won't succeed in winning anything such as the Premier League.
Something needs to be done like:

Salary Caps

Transfer Price caps

Size of squads Limited

In order to keep the game fair and square!!
I don't mind the clubs getting rich off success but what has happened to Chelsea is nothing more than a joke, they were never Premier League Title material!! Now look at them with all their money!!
Makes me sick!!
