BBC SPORT | Football | Mourinho warns on Beckham fitness (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/6904058.stm)
============================================
They have warned La Galaxy to not risk Beckham for the game. He has an injured ankle and if he hurts the ankle any more then he could be out for weeks. But if he does play they will go easy on him and they said they will give him a free kick so he can score!!.
Either that story is bullshit or Jose is actually thinking about other teams players? :o It's a nice kind gesture from him, but if he's still kind of injured then he shouldn't be playing.
he should not play becasue then it will badely
He did play, come on from sub last 13mins.:nodyes:
Result - Chelsea 1-0 LA Galaxy.

he came on and played more as defensive/passive midfielder. He had a chance that he set up and it look like he was going to strike a good one but Sidwell slided in and caught his ankle. Luckily it was the right ankle that Sidwell caught, and he apologized immediately and again after the match.

He didn't do much of anything. He had one corner kick. It was like torture to watch, not for the wait of Beckham but because of the whole ordeal. And if you didn't realize the signifigance of this, they had a shitload of celebrities come out for it, it was a fucking joke. They had a red carpet. A RED FUCKING CARPET!!!! They also kept breaking up the gameplay to talk to celebrities. Who the fuck does Jennifer Love Hewitt think she is? Like i give a fuck what she thinks. She believes she can really talk to the dead. And what Shaq said, god is he an idiot. I also really care that Tom Cruise and Will Smith are throwing a private party for him. The announcers also were awful. If only you could hear it. The funniest thing perhaps was interviewing Arnold about his experience with football and how he played it as a child. Man, what a joke.
