Chelsea aren't playing their best but their playing similarly to how they played under Ranieri...sneaking tight wins and they'll probably do that again

2-1 to the London Blues

Should be a good atmosphere at this one, always is when we're playing good teams.

If only football results were determined by who simon wants to win...

What a surprise, a "man who?" fan praying chelsea will lose. 2-1 to the champions!

Why wouldn't he. And you won't be Champions for much longer

Come on Everton, Chelsea didn't win there last season in league or cup and Everton's home form has been good this season. Is AJ back?

1-1 is my guess :)

I'll give you that man utd are playing well at old trashford, but stumble you will and when it happens we'll pounce. won't be champions for much longer?? when do you think the season ends???

The season ends in May which is only about 19 games away, when you think of the tight schedule, that isn't far away.

I've even see loyal Cheatski fans on other forums that have said we're going to win the league and that we're on the verge of greatness again, and you're on the verge of sh*tness. We won't slip out, mark my words :)

Ha ha ha ha! on the verge of sh*tness?!? 2nd in the league, and still in the cups? HMMM, yeah your right we are sh*t aren't we?!?!?

19 games is a long time, as sooo many "man who?" fans kept saying last year. you've got a good team at the minute that are playing well, but you really think the title's won?? have a word,:o no chance too many good teams about, you've still got to visit the capital many times yet.

Injuries and a drop in form your stumped! fair play if you power on and win it, but we'll see in may.

Sorry Utd fans, were going to get slaughtered, with the injuries we have at the moment and how were playing we have no chance of even getting a draw.

we will see :)

There aren't that many decent London teams nowadys, we've been to Watford, Charlton and Reading. Fulham we'll be okay, fair enough you, Spurs and Arsenal will be challenges but we should be okay with spurs.

Shouldn't you be supporting Portsmouth or the Saints?

Everton are a dodgey side to play, not in a bad way but there tough and with Chelsea scrapping results atm, Everton could pull it off, especially at home.
I'd like to see what Mourinhio has to say if Chelsea get beat.

westboy

I wonder if the bookies will be offering odds of what Mourinhio will say if they lose, like they did for Wenger before the derby match

I think he really needs to think about starting Roben tbh. He changed the game when he came on against Arsenal the other night.

Can't believe we've lost that, three great goals though so not much you can do.

Just wish that Carsley had closed down for the second - at the moment having him is like playing with 10 men, he's useless.

It was a good game I thought, too bad Chelsea got the comeback though, thought Everton had them for a moment.

It was a great game and despite the away side having the better of the chances I thought the way the home side played that they deserved a positive result. Anyway we will put one over Chelsea on wednesday for ourslves and Everton. Drogba's goal was awesome but Jose was rediculous complaining about AJ no way was that a dive and how did Boularouz not get a yellow card in the match.

I agree, I think alot of people who watched Mourinho babble on about AJ 'diving' must have laughed, I think the press have seen through him on that one. He needs to look closer to home and question his thoughts over players such as Robben and Drogba. AJ got a little push, was running so had no time to stop and simply jumped over the keeper... no big deal, no dive, he got up straight away, there wasn't any intension of diving tbh.
Its all Mourinho's mind games and he even said he'd use all the tools possible to gain that attention through comments such as this, press interviews etc...

As for jose. Blah, blah, blah, blah. What was that? Huh? Cry louder, I cant hear you.

Beaten by 2 great goals, Ballack's was also great but then they went 2-1 down. A very fast flowing game, showing again what the EPL is about. Unlucky Everton :(

Great Ad for EPL all of Chelsea's goals were pure quality, Johnson didn't dive but it wasn't a penalty.

Jose's comments after the game were ill-timed and wrong.

Couldn't be arsed to come on here last night when i got back no matter how happy i was, i was exhausted.
Had an absolutely brilliant day, train journey was pretty boring but the game was so worth it. Lost my voice and only just got it back. The celebrations that followed Drogbas goal were mental and being in the front row and having Drogba slide right infront of me was quality.

All the goals were brilliant from us, but of course Drogbas was the pick of the bunch, was however the 1st goals i've seen us concede this season  lol.

Made alot of noise all game for the small amount of fans we had and i loved it. Sang the whole game and it was definitely my favourite Chelsea game this season, even beat Reading.

The pick of the songs were:

'Jingle Bells Jingle Bells! Jingle all the way! Oh what fun it is to see the Chelsea win away! Hey!

and

'Feed the Scousers! Let them know it's xmas time' :D

I think the Ballack goal was more luck than anything, Howard got a touch to it and it bounced off the post, unlucky really.

But there were Chelsea players running in, and it deserved that luck for the pure curl and quality it had to get it around the wall!

Drogba's goal has to be up there with the goal of the season, theres a number of goals hes actually scored that have been top quality.

Ronaldo

The reverse angle is quality, you can see how much swerve he put on the ball. Definately a goal worthy of a win.
