Just a quick question for the Celtic fans.

Do you ever feel aggreived about buying a new home shirt?

The design stays the same; you know green and white hoops, so nothing ever changes apart from the sponsor from time to time.

Just wondered!

The new design commemorates our European Cup victory due to the 40 year anniversary.

The material and shade of green tends to change and the design is different to a certain extent.

But to be honest, the hoops is the hoops.

After two years your shirt is usually a bit run down looking, so when the new one comes out you buy it.

One thing I will mention is that the amount of shirts being made gets ridiculous, away from the home shirt. This season there has been a somewhat lack of imagination regarding the new green away shirt as it partly clashes with our green/black horrendous looking away shirt which we are keeping and it also is very similar to our 2004/05 Umbro away shirt.

Three shirts with a prominent green is ridiculous. Even if they brought out a horrendous bright away shirt, at least it would show some sort of initiative.

That's my rant and explanation over.

By the way, the Arsenal shirt is most often the same so the circumstances are similar.

If you look closely at the different Celtic home shirts, they are different. :nod:

wow, the hoops dont go all the way round...following season...the hoops do go around, AND! yes AND the sponsor has moved 2inches to the left!

lol, After a year of wearing your clubs kit they do get tatty and worn. Its always good to buy a new kit each year!! Its good of them to design a new one, even if the changes are minimal.

I'am wondering why this is aimed at Celtic?? Don't Portsmouth tops always remain blue. Liverpool tops remain red etc etc. Albeit with minimal changes? It's not unique to Celtic tops. If you are daft enough to pay £40 for a garment made for £5 then you'll probably start a thread like this.

Only time we haven't had proper hoops was with the 2001-03 shirt.

Does this mean you avoid using a toilet? You'd just like to find a Celtic top, no matter where it lays, and shit on it? Not very hygienic. But I'd expect that from you small towners. Bloody inbreds.

coming from the fans who...at 2:50 put a 12pack of tennents in a black bin near tannadice and at 4:50 come back to the bin and get it...AND its better at christmas where you try and sell your selection boxes! LOL
