I wish Ghaly all the best. Can't believe Mido couldn't come to terms, but hopefully somebody else will come in for him.

I think Mido is afraid Birmingham will get relegated and doesn't want to risk it. As for Ghally, he may be looking for more regular first team presence (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong :nodyes:).

You might have a point about Mido. Seems to me like he ought to have welcomed the opportunity to go to a club where he has a chance to prove himself again and should have had enough confidence in himself to think he could help them stay up. God only knows what will become of him now. Barring a lot of injuries to Spurs strikers, he certainly doesn't have a place at the Lane.

Mido probably didn't like the money offered, but Ghaly was looking for games, that is part to why he moaned "when I play I'm played out of position"
Let's hope Mido wakes up and realises he ain't going to get a game soon.

Well now it seems the Ghaly deal is off. Birmingham's site said they had decided not to proceed with the deal. Spurs site says Ghaly decided not to proceed with it.
Golly. :boat:
