Are Kilmarnock any good. I think I'm going to take more notice of the SPL league this season. Don't care who wins really. Do you have any predictions for this game.

boro_boy, you can use me as an SPL statto if you wish.
I'm looking forward to the new season and I think we will beat Kilmarnock 3-0.
We played Kilmarnock for the first match last year also and beat them 4-1. Anything along those lines would be exciting for me and would be a great start for Celtic.
Can't wait for the new season.

Don't give us that Boro we all know where your sympathies lie.
I doubt Celtic will score more than two this Sunday due to our strikers being off colour. 2-1 Celtic.

Cant see anything other than a home win! And as its for real now by possibly 3 or 4 goals.

So you think they "Celtic" will be top of the league come the end of today?

Its a strong possibility. Celtic never seem to have a strong pre season but always seem to start well when they get down to league business.
I think it will probably be about 3-1 or 4-1. Naismith will probably get the goal for Killie but can't see them causing much more problems, especially at Parkhead.

3-0 is my prediction.
A 4-1 win like last year's first match would be ideal.
May I remind you that Falkirk are currently top after their 4-0 win over Gretna. If we win 4-0, I think we'll go top through alphabet.
I hope we hammer this Kilmarnock team.
Just getting ready to go now.

Just a bit.
It's early days still and Celtic didn't play badly as such.
We can take positives from today's match.

Yeah, everyone was saying they would win by 3 - 4 goals. It just didn't happen did it? Where you making the chances and just not putting them away or were you just not making any chances?

I didn't see the game but listened to the radio phone in after. A few people were saying they looked as though they couldn't decide what to do in the final third. Was this correct?
Must say I am a little surprised. Especially unfurling the league flag and all that.
Ah well early days!

It still should be a good season for Rangers, Celtic and Hearts if they can play well this season. Wouldn't it be amazing if another team other than Celtic and Rangers won the league.

I can't see Hearts making much of a challenge this season. I'm going for Hibs or Aberdeen. Possibly even Dundee Utd. Craig Levein has got them playing decent football.

Not as pathetic as the childish nature of this post. Boro, your a poor excuse for a closet hun. Don't hide it. Don't feel ashamed.

Creating chances, but not really getting anywhere.

I wouldn't so quickly assume Hearts will be Scotland's third team.
