Champions league qualifier.
Scrappy performance,Hutton sent off.overall not very impressive, but may be enough to secure the tie against the Montenegrins.
Goals from McCulloch and Weir.

Well, you've got to remember where you're going. I realize it's not quite Serbia nor Bosnia, but the environment will be hostile and the last few games have been violent in both those countries. I believe last year was the first official season in Montenegro and i would be guessing when i say that this is their big team. That being the case i think it may be an ugly affair. I wouldn't want to be there if Zeta gets eliminated.

I was at the game last night and they did look promising in parts but just lacking a little match sharpness from one or two players. Most notably Charlie Adam. I'm sure he will keep his place once he gets a few more games under his belt though. The fans were constantly chanting Sebo's name throughout the game also.

Poor performance yesterday.
Two goals due to goalkeeping errors. If that was Celtic, I'd be raging at our performance.

I don't see why we should be raging. We're 2-0 up in a European Qualifier with the away leg to come. Considering it was our first competitive game this season it didn't turn out bad.
There is far more to come from this Rangers side once they get the match sharpness.

The friendly matches are supposed to be used as preparation for competitive matches, but the Rangers team went all guns blazing in a warm up match against Chelsea, so they haven't had a real chance to get used to playing together as a team in my opinion. This showed clearly yesterday and although Rangers looked the better team, with all due respect the team played were about as good as Gretna. Rangers came out lucky yesterday, which must be a worry to Rangers supporters surely when you consider the quality of the team you were playing?
I for one hope for a closer title race, but with Rangers performances like the one last night, I struggle to see any real competition for Celtic. I hope I am wrong...
It looks like a Rangers team trained to kick the opposition off the park and this will be evident in the next match against Celtic.
That second goal was defo a foul but lucky on that one.

I'd disagree on the competition point. I think Rangers will be solid and difficult to beat this year which will mean a closer title race because we've been poor for some time.
I agree on the last point. I think Rangers have some animals in there. Referee's will have to tow a strong line.

I don't agree with the point about Rangers being trained to kick people off the park. Where is the evidence?
If you're going by last nights game I think you're using a bad example. The referee was poor and made the wrong decision on many occassions including some of the decision he gave for Rangers.

I wont lower myself to your bitter standards, however I will mention that I never wrote your team off, but simply stated that if the Rangers team continue to play like this, there will be no exciting title race.
I don't want this to happen. :animatedfear:
