Thank you mr Beatie, you have done crap for 2/3 seasons, not you may leave and never return. I wish you well but lets admit it at Everton you were shite!
Reportedly Everton will now be buying Andy Cole [Yep that old ****] and Baines [2 quality signings this season WOW]
Sheffield United manager Bryan Robson has revealed Everton striker James Beattie has agreed to move to Bramall Lane in a £4m deal.
Robson held talks with the 29-year-old and has persuaded the former England star to drop into the Championship after a disappointing Everton career.
He told the Daily Mail: "I'm delighted. We've got a strike force now that ranks as the best in the Championship.
"It's a signal of our intention to return to the top flight."
Beattie has suffered a frustrating time at Goodison Park since his move two years ago. He arrived on the back of a successful spell at Southampton, where he had broken into the England squad.
His 76 appearances for Everton, including 51 starts, have brought him just 13 goals and he has fallen down the pecking order.
But Robson admitted his interest in Celtic midfielder Thomas Gravesen is unlikely to result in the player signing and he has ruled out a move for Newry City skipper Richard Clarke, who played for United during their recent trip to Portadown.
OI ROBSON, If Tommy is coming to England hes coming to Everton not to your shite kay.
