Ok, I've lost the will to rant after travelling back home but Pools played well, as did Luton. Though the referee was blind as a fcuking bat and needs his head kicking in considering neither of Luton's goals should have been allowed. One was the result of a foul, the other didn't even cross the line.

If we play like we did yesterday though, we're going places this season :thumbup1:

Brown could have done better as well. I mean, he ran about all over the place and really put a lot of effort into it, but he wasn't on top form.

PC is upset we never beat Luton too, but if you read my mini-rant, you'll see that it was more like Referee 2-1 Pools... neither of Luton's goals were actually meant to be. :(

Worst town in England FACT. Horrible place, but I have fond memories of beating them in the cup. Must be awful to go there lose then have to go all the way back to hartlepool but at least it involves alot of drinking (i guess)

It's not about going there to win. Well, if truth be known, it clearly is. That's the whole point of the match in the first place, but the team played brilliantly and the atmosphere from our fans was fantastic. The weekend was well worth it, even if we did lose (due to crappy referee giving two goals which should have been disallowed ROAR!) :)
