I don't think Red Star are that good a side anymore. Probably technically proficient if a little dull. I'd predict a 2 goal aggregate win for Rangers here.

Mybe so, but i'm going to go with the Serbs. Rangers weren't exactly impressive against Zeta. 1-0 or even 2-1

Thanks. I knew it would be scrappy....

Rangers always looked stronger, but Red Star's aim was to kick Rangers off the park.

I wont ever understand how peoiple can say that any result other than what has happened can be a fair result. The better team won. The name of the game is to score more goals than the opposition and Rangers did that. Maybe they left it a bit late but adds to the exitement.

I could see your point if maybe a few dodgy decisions went Rangers way but that wasn't the case.

1-0 well deserved after being kicked about for large spells of the game.

Novo is the man of the hour again. He is looking good, like the days of old. Great result and it means good things for the future

Well if Rangers manage to hold them off in Belgrade for the return leg i can't imagine you getting out of the group stages. Not with the way you've played thus far.

Aye would need a very kind draw and a fair bit of luck to get to the last 16!

By the time the group stages come along the players will be playing better football. Its still early days. The defence is rock solid and once our strikers beging to gel and Smith stops playing Darcheville we will be a very decent team.
