Newcastle have announced they are yet to accept any takeover bid.
Reports in Friday's newspapers claimed American financiers Polygon and the United Bank of Switzerland (UBS) had succeeded with a joint £227m bid.

I should make that my sig :D

Anyway, struggling teams are usually cheaper and easier to buy. Most share holders would welcome a bid and sell. Once bought, owners can do whatever they want..... look at Chelsea once what's his name bought it.

feel free to use it in your sig, but its not cheap £227million, thats expensive, you could buy the whole SPL for that
