Fuck knows why Man Utd are being so stubborn with him, but I heard a comment by a former England man tonight saying, why doesnt Man Utd try go for a swap deal with Liverpool for someone like Peter Crouch? Man Utd are low on strikers and Liverpool want their defender?

Anyway, to be honest I hope he's allowed to go, I cant stand to see a man being pinned to a place he doesnt want to be.

I don't think Liverpool would want to get rid of crouch.

I don't think a player would leave Liverpool for Man UTD.

1) Crouch is shit.
2) As above.

History's showed that players who say they want to leave rarely stay long at a club. Surely Fergie won't want a player in the squad who wants out. Is the reason that he doesn't want to sell to a rival as Heinze is a good player?

No. It's because you don't deal with the vermin.

Heinze will go, but not someone in the UK.

Yeh but if he wants to go to Liverpool...why are you holding him back?? He clearly does not want to leave England and clearly wants to leave Man Utd. Whats the point in forcing a player to play for you and he does not want to?? Thats just ruining his career. So I think Man Utd should have some sense of understanding and let the player go where he wants to go regardless of who it is.

It's not Man Utd's responsibility to help Liverpool improve their squad.

Who said thats my point?? I personally dont care if Heinze comes to Liverpool but I feel for the lad. He wants to come to Anfield and Ferguson just wont let him go although I know we're probably Man Utd's biggest rival but come on! if he wants to leave you're club dont be childish and hold him like a slave!

It's not been childish. It's more than feasible that Man Utd will be fighting Liverpool for 1/2/3/4th place this season, so they don't want to give Liverpool a quality player as it could be detrimental to their clubs chances. It happened with Chelsea when they kept Cuducini on the bench instead of selling him to Arsenal...

We're not selling him to a main rival. Unlucky.

well depending on your point of view, Heinze will be going somewhere better than Liverpool

ManUtd has agreed to a deal with Real Madrid. Heinze will be in Madrid Thursday for a medical before being confirmed

Heinze being in Madrid makes more sense then him going to Liverpool who's a rival.
