An SPL board of inquiry decided the club had been pro-active in tackling sectarianism within its fanbase.

But the board warned Rangers of future sanctions if supporters indulged in sectarian chanting in the future.

Rangers chief executive Martin Bain welcomed the decision and said the club was working to eradicate sectarianism.

First I've heard of it. I've been going to the games for some time now and fans getting ejected from the stadium isn't too uncommon an occurrence for whatever reason. The SPL could deduct points if the will was there. But they are too frightened of Rangers to do so.

Unless you know the individual culprits it's always hard to punish the club. Fining (although usually insignificant amounts) or docking points doesn't really have any effect if the club are already doing their best to tackle the problem.

lots of this stuff goes on with other clubs,it just that you hate rangers so much it angers you.be like me and fatpipe rise above the insults,and learn not to take offence,its not hard.

I don't hate Rangers so much. I hate them, but I can see past hating them to an unacceptable extent. I would more than likely get on with the Rangers supporter in the same manner as I would with a Celtic supporter.

You have claimed that you hate all Celtic supporters and that you do not communicate with them away from the forum. This is a judgeworthy point.
