Alot of high quality managers won't want to come to Chelsea because the chairman gets involved in the club far to much, bringing in players he wants and not the ones that the manger wants. If I was any manager I would personally avoid going to Chelsea.

I agree 100%, what high quality manager would want to come here if he knew that he would be a puppet.
