Hahaha I like that one but if you have a look all the Everton fans were blocking his view from Carra's headlock and he couldn't really give it but thats football and thats last laughs for Liverpool

obviously the match officals board has a different opinion on whether he could give it- he's got a week suspension

erm no he hasn't. The ''board'' if you'd like to call it said he had a planned holiday in Spain meaning they saw nothing wrong with his decisions on Saturday
