Drogba to AC Milan

Quote:
Milan make Drogba admission

Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti has confessed his admiration for Didier Drogba, as rumours of a Chelsea exit refuse to be silenced.

The powerful Ivorian has made the headlines this week after being quoted in France as stating a desire to leave Stamford Bridge, following the departure of Jose Mourinho.

Drogba spoke of a malaise that has set in at the club as a result of the Portuguese's departure and claimed nothing would prevent him from leaving Chelsea in the summer.

Although he subsequently apologised for his candid comments, and netted in Saturday's 2-0 victory at Middlesbrough, it seems unlikely that the story will be buried for too long.

Drogba has expressed an admiration for Italian and Spanish football and now Ancelotti has further stoked such talk by admitting he is a big fan of the player.

"Drogba is one of the best attackers in the world," Ancelotti told the Italian press.

While stopping short of confirming he is weighing up a bid for the player, Ancelotti was willing to concede that he will consider the possibility in the close-season.

"We must evaluate the season at the end of the campaign. We shall see what will be necessary."
Wouldn't be surprised if he left, especially with someone like Milan after him..

well if Ballack gets back into shape, he and Pizzaro can get hook up again like in their Bayern Munich days. However, that's wishful thinking

Yeah he should because Milan's aging team are doing so well this year in the league, he would be better off going to La Liga!
