That Russian guy came in and bought up 1/2 the team last season and ended up getting the rest over the summer. I think it was his plan to sell anyways. I think he would be able to bring Leicester back to the prem. I think the club really needs someone like Mandaric to come in and give them that extra boost the club needs. But, he should probably make the move soon seeing as the transfer window is opening
