Cant see why the fcuk you have taken the mods jobs if you cant be arsed to post in your forums. If this forum is to go forward then better staff are needed. Well given that there's about 3 people who go in the League 1 and 2 forum, it's difficult to make in-depth discussions in there. So, actually, some of us may not be posting a lot as of yet (as we also have REEEEAAAAAL lives as well as just being ID's on this forum), but some of us, eh herrrm, me, are doing other things away from the forum to try to drag more members in. Thank you very much.

If you're that much of a jealous bum about not being a mod or something, then why don't you do the mod's job. Or better still, shut the hell up whinging about it. I'm sick to death of people fcuking whinging on here. "There's not enough members, this thread is crap, the post count's low, this has nothing to do with football"... if you don't like it, either do something about it, or fcuk off. It's quite simple really. This forum is meant to be a place for people to simply enjoy while being online, and the likes of BB are trying to make changes to the forum to make it better for the moaning little winces like yourself.

Well I know I'm not the best member on here for talking about football. I mean, I don't take an interest in the Prem, and there's few posters/visitors in the lower league forums and so I feel it's sometimes difficult for me to make interesting threads on here because very few are interested in League 1 and 2, or know little about it because it's not publicised as much as Prem and Championship are.

Thing is, I still come on here, and yes, I talk shite and I can guarantee I post more in The Pub and the Make Me Laugh forum than I do in any other, for the reason given above, but also, because at the end of the day, my interests don't just lie with football, and because I'm not a machine and I actually have a sense of humour, whether people like TYHI share that sort of humour or not. I don't mind taking **** for being "the biggest poster in Longest Thread In MFF History" or for telling more jokes and being a chatty bubbly person, because that's the person I am and I couldn't care less what people made of that, especially on here since I only give a rat's arse about a select few on here.

What gets me rattled up though, is when people come on here and all they seem to do is moan and whinge about how crap it is, or about how someone's doing this wrong or they're not doing enough of one thing. BB's been on here, asking for suggestions (which none of the fcuking whingers took the time to actually make any outstanding suggestions!!!), trying to add competitions, features, new skins etc, to make it better for the moaners of the forum. People like TYHI sit there saying that the new mods don't do anything, or very few do.

TYHI, do you see what goes on behind the scenes? Do you see what people are trying to do? Because I tell you something, I could shut your whinging up - or at least add myself to the "Mod's who actually post in their forum" list - and I could post. But would it change anything? Would it $hit. Because there are few "little league" followers here. So I'm trying to do something that would be more useful in the long run and wouldn't just add to the post count.

You're happy enough to keep coming back here, so it can't be that bad. And if that's the case, then shut the hell up moaning because I've had it with the idiots of the forum moaning and doing everyone's tits in when other people are working their socks off trying to make a better forum for you. You don't even deserve it since all you do is whinge. What makes you think the likes of me, and Triniboi, and Craig or anyone else should go out of our own way to make this place any more interesting for you?

We've just added new moderators and we will give them time to knit into their new position. We will assess how they are doing in a few weeks, we will probably make a few changes and even demote a few of them. But we will see how it goes.

I don't know about you, but before I joined this forum, I found that I joined up to a forum and quickly lost interest in them. There is a small community on here and with most members being Prem. supporters, it is difficult for some staff to try to improve the activity and interest of the forums before trying to attract other members. Advertisement and things are being done by me behind the scenes on the likes of MySpace, where many people, if they find out about this forum, will enjoy it because MySpace isn't that distant from a forum itself.

I'm not taking what you said as a personal attack, I'm just giving examples of why I don't post in "my" forum, and maybe that's the case for other people too. And, if what Triniboi said was true, about you not mentioning him because he's foreign, then no wonder he's finding it difficult to be a mod. If I got singled out and made to feel less welcome or less of a person on here because I was female or something, then I'd find it difficult to do things to interest other people, because I'd feel subject to prejudice before even starting.

Forums need to look busier to bring in new members, that forum shouldn't even be on here the way it is, should just have the one coca cola forum where all the little leagues news go in,.
