That was a walk in the park wasn't it??
What do you think about Wenger giving the captains band to Fabianski (keeper) instead of Gilberto??

yeah that's a big surpirise to me. Maybe it came from Gilberto, as he wanted one of the young players to have it, but i have a horrible feeling he'll be gone in Jan with Lemon, who can go IMO

On Fabianski captaining the side ...
"I gave the captaincy to Fabianski because at the beginning of the season when I didn’t give it to Gilberto, I didn’t want to give it to him and take it away again. That is all. There is no problem. Gilberto was a real leader on the pitch tonight for me. There is basically no problem. I don’t know why people see a problem with Gilberto. The only problem is that he doesn’t get the amount of games he deserves but there a few other players in this case as you could see that tonight. He is still a key person for me. There is not much more to say, there is no problem so I cannot create one. Apart from the fact of the captaincy problem which I explained to you and he is aware of that.
"Apart from Gilberto, Fabianski is the most experienced player. He has played in the Polish national team and in the top division in Poland. It is not how many years you are at the club but what are your leadership qualities and for me Fabianski had an outstanding performance tonight."

I love the white kit, when you look at it close up, it has a big speach by Herbert Champan i think sewn into it in gold, very subtle but classy

yeh i brought the away shirt for this season and i really like it...its just that i think that the redcurrant shorts were a lot better than the white ones
i dont understand why they were used...surely there would if been no mix up between sheffield utd in Black shorts and Arsenal in Redcurrant shorts

maybe for TV, the red might have clashed with the refs shoes and handbag combo, you never know.

hey you never know these days. Also nice to see us playing in long sleeves last night, as Arsenal's Captain chooses the style shirts everyone must wear and gallas only wears short sleeves.
