Prem Managers

We have discussed alot about clubs and players but we hardly mentioned much about managers.

Arsene Wenger - Most football clubs would love to have him. He is tactically sound and very good in transfer market. The clubs that would die to have him are Real Madrid and Barca ( my opinion )

Mourinho ( Il still include him ) - Most football clubs would love to have him, too. He is a real tactician, a winner, and a no bullsht motivator. Best manager ever

Ferguson - He would not manage any other clubs other than man u. I do not see what his specialty is other than kicking a boot at his player's face. Tactically he is not as good as Mourinho, and he is known to have some expensive bad buys in the past. But Man U is not Man U without Ferguson. So i would say his specialty is managing man u.

Rafa - probably only Liverpool or some other clubs in Spain would sign him as manager. He got some achievements. He is an anti-french racist. He got it all wrong in transfer market, and he is almost totally clueless about English football. But some how he managed to play well in Champion league. If Liverpool ever wants to win an EPL title, the first step is to get rid of him. Only good ransfers made by him i believe were Torres and Alonso.

Martin Jol - After a dismal start to the season with Tottleham, I would doubt any ambitious clubs would want to sign him on as manager. He is a dillusional manager who thinks if he spends a few millions pounds on strikers he would get Spurs into top 4. The problem is they got too many strikers that are loosing form, such as Defoe and keane, they need first team action, but i gues berbatov is there

Sam Allardy - A very good manager who can manage a team with small budget and aging players. He is not used to spending money on big players. Any club with real ambition would better think twice before signing him as their manager. Either give him 70m pounds to spend or do not give him anything at all.

Grant - He is 'happy' is all I can say. Neither here or there. Rubish at his job, but happy with perfomances

Best Manager:

Have to say its either Big Sam or mourinho.

Big Sam :

- great motivator
- pioneer of sport science, sport psychology and other alternative injury prevention methods etc.

Overall : Big Sam was,is a very underrated manager, but one of the best and i have no doubt in my mind he will prove it at Newcastle.
