Icon25.gif Derby Split

With Billy Davies.

BBC SPORT | Football | My Club | Derby County | Derby split with manager Davies

Who is willing enough to take on a relegation bound club though?

i think thats shocking.

for what hes done for the club, i cant believe they've sacked him. no change of manager is going to stop derby going down

As a Forest fan I'm delighted that they've sacked him. One of the best up and coming managers. He should get another job in the premiership.

Derby are shocking though. Only 5 goals in 14 games and their only win against Newcastle (how bad are you?) At least Watford gave it a go even though they were going don from the beginning. This team is just horribly bad and it's not like he's even rotating the squad with players they signed over the summer. You might as well experiment and at least try to create something instead of trying to pull off a 1-0 win on a counterattack goal. Their dreadful and i don't think they want to go down like this. Either way it really won't make any difference. Maybe they will actually score a goal.

Yes we hve no scored many goals but before this billy did wonders for the team, no one really thought Derby were going up last year and he did that, from near relegation to premotion in 1 season i think they should have given him more of a chance.
