Don't panic!

I haven't heard anything on this front but I was just wondering if anybody feels that the Scotland post could be offered th Gordan Strachan? And if so, do you think he would go?

Discuss....

A total non-starter. First, he's already in Scotland's number one football managers job:nodyes: Two, the SFA have already knocked him back before. And three, the Scotland managers position is now only there to resurrect the careers of ex-hun managers.

Aye i think maybe he would go!Problem with him,he makes himself look such a tw@t sometimes with his ludicrous comments, that its hard to have any respect for the guy!
He has European winners medals, lots of other medals, has played at the highest level, and has won two titles with scotlands second biggest club,so to me he has the right criteria.
Id just wish hed keep his mouth shut sometimes,or think before he opens it!
Oh and lets not forget how the EX hun managers have improved the national side.

Strachan ain't good enough for scotland he is still a club manager and to be honest he would only be able to do similar to the ex huns as well ,we are not going to be world beaters no matter who the manager is and if we are all perfectly honest the last campaign was us punching well above our station ,As for strachan he needs to stay in club management for a while and really get as much expierance as possible and some day yeah he could be the scots boss

I think there is more chance of a Davies or Souness taking the job. Smith will see to it.

A good boss. Just no chance of him being Scotland boss whilst he's at Everton. Maybe Mark McGhee??

Don't agree with you ther mate. It's like Alex McLeish said a while back. If you keep telling players they're no good they will believe it and the heads go down. Tell them the opposite and they begin to believe in themselves. Scotland are a good TEAM. And I think results and performances have proved that. The only thing which we lack is a little consistancy against the smaller nations. But that's just Scotland.

Not saying we are a bad team but good teams don't get beat by the smaller nations ,sign of a really good team is to grind out a result whoever the oppostion are not just to raise yer game because you know ya should for say likes of france italy etc as there is no point in beating them then getting cuffed of a bunch of sheep farmers it just isn't right anyway i do agree we are a far better team but we need to get totall consistancy in our performances

I think Souness is the man for me. He's the highest profile man we could probably get but I think I personally would like Strachan if he was available.
