Sunderland v Derby [MD]

Stadium of Light
Saturday, 1 December
Kick-off: 1500 GMT

Sunderland must hit back from the biggest defeat of this Premier League season against a Derby side, under new management, and in danger of suffering their longest ever losing run in Premier League history.

These clubs have only garnered three Premier League wins between them this season, and they have dropped a massive 68 points in total (32 by Sunderland, 36 by Derby).

If Paul Jewell is to guide Derby to Premier League safety, he will only be the third manager to avoid relegation having been bottom of the table at the beginning of December; Howard Kendall's Everton achieved it in 1997-98 and Bryan Robson's West Brom in 2004-05.

Derby are bidding for their first ever Premier League victory on Wearside.

Match discussion here and have a bet too!
