At the start of the season you were living the sort of ''dream'' and now its all totally downhill.
Maybe injuries etc but I think if this continues you might bite the same dust that both you're local rivals have bitten already. Cmon Newcastle get your act together as you produce descent football on your day.
Oh and Arsenal mid-week doesnt help now does it??

What's going on is that the poeple of Newcastle expect their club to be top of the table all the time. Reality Check!!! You're not that good!! You expect way too much from the club and don't give managers enough time. If Allardyce gets fired, it's not like he had a lot of time to turn this team around. You can't expect him to do what he did with Bolton with Newcastle in only a couple months. Nothing's wrong with Newcastle. The fans live in la-la land.

it took big sam a few years to get bolton sorted, and it wil be the same with newcastle, will the chairman have the time to wait, he didnt choose big sam, rumors are that shearer will come in soon and big sam will get a big boot

yeah i heard the rumours too, if we spank them on wednesday, then big sam will be out, but he needs time to get things going for them, as long as they aren't going to be relegated, they should use this as a transition period and push on next year.

I disagree that if you spank them tomorrow that he'll be out. If he is then Newcastle aren't too unaccustomed to the sacking managers business now are they??

when have they been living the sort of dream?
Its just toon fans are absolute idiots. every season they say they are going to do well when they get a manager, and when the manager doesnt bring instant success they sack him.
They need a reality check. and they need to keep a manager for about 5 years to build success.
Noone can do it in 1 season

Unfortunately in this day and age, time is a commodity that clubs can't afford or are not willing to gamble on; mostly due to the criticism from fans. If the club has confidence in their manager they will give him time to carry out his plan. Be it 3 or 5 years, they have to decide and support the manager regardless of what happens. However, I do fear Sam will get the sack, maybe after they loose tomorrow.

Good comments there,
They need stability before they can achieve anything.Keep firing managers and nobody decent will touch em.
