Finally! A Celtic fan with a reasonable unbiased opinion. Gers did play well in the second half. Taking off 2 defenders and going for it it was effectively our downfall but if he didn't do that and we still lost he would have been crusified.

Good chance of a decent run in the Uefa cup though.

Fantastic game. Glad to see a french team get through even if it is Lyon. They won't make it pass the round of 16 but at least they one. Game could have been different had that French striker scored that easy ass goal. An absolute sitter that was, but it could have been 2-0 had Benzema scored that 1 on 1. But he scored 2 after that. Rangers looked good in second half but the back line was pretty bad.

Aye well the UEFA cup is where we should have been in the first place,
Never agreed with 2nd place teams being in ithe CL,just cos its Rangers doesnt change my opinion.

You do have a point there SA. The name of the competition is the CHAMPIONS league and thats who should be in it.
