This is our real chance of getting the UEFA again as we've probably already fucked ourselves out of a top 6 finish this season. We couldn't have got a harder game (albeit Chelsea at Stamford Bridge would also be daunting) as they've won 10 in 10 in all competitions at home. Are we really the team to do it?

Heres my answer: If we play like anything we did against Portsmouth we have nothing to worry about.

I admit we were abit lucky to beat them at the Lane, (especially Shimbomba's goal :animatedfear:) but we have to forget everything about their unbeaten run and that all goes out the window in cup football.

The worries for tonight is Zokora and Kaboul central defenders, they played well Saturday but venture forwards on too many occasions and a talent like Elano will easily exploit that (who is fit enough to play).

Finally, the awful Bent is injured and will probably miss the game - therefore Defoe starts. Poor Defoe can't buy a start, scores against Man City and then hits the post against Pompey, he is surely in better form than Bent. I'd rather have Marcus than Darren atm.

I reckon this game will go into extra time with us hopefully sneaking it, but realistically I can see us losing. 2-1 either way after extra time for me.

1-0 Spurs, Defoe.

Absolute ******* sublime football, would beat anyone playing like this. More of the same!

Shouldof been 2 Malbranque missing a sitter.

Malbranque picks up a booking for a tackle 3x worse than Zokora's.

What a ******* joke.

Half time 1-0.

Bennett has got City back into it, if we still had 11 men easily would have been 3 up by now.

Jenas booked for diving - clearly hacked.

Jenas then flagged offside - miles onside.

The worst red card ever seen and I'm sure you'll all agree.

If we lose we definitely know who to blame - ******* Bennett.
Please replace him with the 4th official.

2-0 FULL TIME.

UNBELIEVABLE SAVES FROM ROBINSON AND A RUB OF LADY LUCK SEE'S US THROUGH! I'll stop with the caps now.

Berbatov played like a God, and what a substitution O'Hara was, sets up Malbranque for the second.

Man City's 100% record is out of the window, and they are out of the cup.

HAPPY DAYS.

Thinking of it, we wasn't really lucky afterall. They carried little threat other than in Petrov and apart from 2 decent efforts they were quite poor compared to their old home form.
