Just watcing Sky Sports earlier and it asys that Strachan has got his eye on Robson for the January transfer window. This surely can't be a good thing for us.

There's probably a release clause in his contract, which was agreed when he was in the form of his life. Therefore, you'd hope that the fee involved would be >£500k. Given his middling form this season, that would not be a completely unreasonable price tag.

Celtic would seem to be the wrong side of Glasgow for him though. Doubt he'd jump at that chance to play for the Tims, particularly if persistent rumours about Hun interest prove accurate.

A decent enough player. But I don't think he'd get a first team game. I don't think Strachan needs to sign more bench warmers.

Agreed i really don't think he would be able to be a first team regular ,Backward step for Robson i think he should stay at Dundee United and help them become a challenger and be an Arabs cult hero ,Only an opinion just think he will become a nobody at any of the old firm sorry :animatedfear:

i'd hate it if he went!

Remember...Riordan, Steven Thompson, Killen (etc)

all fumbled at the old firm

nah he should stay with the arabs cause unless hes getting a substantial rise in wages it would be bad move for him.... i think hes good tho but would struggle to hold down a place at cceltic imo
