Who will be the first to get sacked Southgate or Big Sam. Personally I think Big Sam as Newcastle have no patience, thats the board or the fans. They still think there a big club and to be honest there not.

Middlesbrough's board have too much patience in my opinion so I doubt Southgate will be sacked this season. He will always be given time by the Chairman.

I reckon big Sam will go unless he can turn it round quick. Wouldn't be surprised if they're grooming Shearer for the job so SA cold be there for a bit longer yet. What about the rumors that Martin Jol could be offered the job?

i don't see southgate getting sacked by middlesbrough, gibbo aint got it in him. saying that... i don't want to see him sacked now, we all said we should give him till christmas and things have in all fairness started to shape up.

I don't really think things have started to shape up at all. Southgates problem is, well it looks this way to me, he doesn't give the players a good bollocking. When they play properly, they show they are quality players and can win games. when they can't be arsed they are fooking awful. Someone needs to be kicking their arses into gear and I don't think GS is the man to do it.

They are looking better and Tuncay is scoring now which is quality. We have got 9 points from our last 5 games which is good. We just need to build on this win, no doubt Jak will score on Tuesday. But hopefully we will score one more than them,

there is absolutely no way southgate will be sacked this season. hes in an ok position. Mclaren was in an even worse position when he was here and he wasnt even sacked.

big sam will not go unless its by mutral consent as i hear things of if newcastle wear to ever sack him they would have to pay and excess of 20Million in compenation....... so i'll go with southgate although i cant think of a time gibson ever sqacked someone.... too much of a nice guy lol

Big Sam will be sacked like many great managers for newcastle who didn't win the league in their first couple of seasons, southgate should be sacked and boro should get a decent manager with exprience

Yes we definately need a better manager, I would get rid of Southgate now, I said give him till christmas. We are just inconsistant and he doesn't seem to be able to moativate the team against the smaller clubs.
