I wish everyone would get off his back and let him get on with the job he was employed to do. He's not a magician, and neither was Rome built in a day. The club needs to steady its shaky foundations and getting shot of yet another manager is not going to steady the ship. He needs time and support not constant criticism. I'm with you all the way big guy, take your time and get it right!

totally agree with you, he needs more time, at least another season. He needs to get the team that he wants, he's still using the team of the predecessor.

We're in 11th place at the moment which is pretty fair. As long as we're not anywhere near relegation then give the man a chance. It would be a different situation if we were sitting down there.

Yeah, your in a decent position to be honest with the problems that you have had behine the scenes. These days managers get sacked too quickly without having a chance to prove themselves.

Digon teg! (that's welsh for fair enough). I have faith he knows what he's doing. We'll finish around the middle I reckon. Then with a bit of luck I wont be eating my words and we'll see a marked improvement next season.
