You may have heard Miss USA is currently in a little scandal dealing with underage drinking (she's 20yrs and the drinking age in her state is 21). Anyway, she got forgiven but now there are photos!!

she is very very nice, the US should lower their drinking age to 18 just like the UK.

the us drinking laws are strange some states they can drink beer at 18 but not spirits (very confusing like saying you can get pissed but on beer only) well it was like that when i was there can't remember if that was texas or louisianna

You get drunker much quicker on Spirits than you do beer. Thats probably the reason behind it.
