View Full Version : Wycombe to take on Chelsea in cup

Wycombe's reward for upsetting Charlton in the Carling Cup is a semi-final against Premiership champions Chelsea.

The League Two outfit will host Jose Mourinho's side on 8 January, with the away leg on 22 January.

The other last four encounter sees Tottenham take on the winner of the postponed quarter-final between Liverpool and Arsenal.

Spurs will host the first leg on 15 January and will travel to Anfield or the Emirates Stadium on 22 January.

The quarter-final between Liverpool and Arsenal has been rearranged for 9 January.

OOOOO that's going to be a good tie, love it when lower league clubs come to the Bridge. We'll have to go, it will make up for not getting tickets for Macclesfield :D
Might even try and get to the away leg if i can get a ticket!

Shame but Chelsea should book their tickets to Cardiff. Tottenham v Liverpool/Arsenal will be a very good tie, the final will be class. One of those three should be able to win it over Chelsea.

Could be interesting. Good luck to Wycombe, but I think Chelsea might just be strong enough.

The other tie is a bit juicy though. Should be a good final aswell!
