Wycombe's reward for upsetting Charlton in the Carling Cup is a semi-final against Premiership champions Chelsea.
The League Two outfit will host Jose Mourinho's side on 8 January, with the away leg on 22 January.
The other last four encounter sees Tottenham take on the winner of the postponed quarter-final between Liverpool and Arsenal.
Spurs will host the first leg on 15 January and will travel to Anfield or the Emirates Stadium on 22 January.
The quarter-final between Liverpool and Arsenal has been rearranged for 9 January.
