I've been a member for I don't know how long. Lost count how many times I've been to the Lane. Only been 3 times this season though.

That's why I have decided not to settle down yet! I want to go to every game and that mentality will never change :nodyes:
Atleast you still go mate.

Well I used to live just outside High Wycombe and it took me about an hour to get to WHL round the North Circular. That was in the 80’s and 90’s and I went to loads of games. All the big one's too.

Nice one. I used to live on Brereton Road, but then I moved to New Zealand for like, half a year. I come back to find my house gone! I now live on Penshurst Road, about a 5 minute walk from WHL and 2 minutes from Brereton! :nodyes:

It's a great day out, win or lose, rain or shine. I always have a few in Valentino's and sometimes go down the cafe for a bite before the game. I just love it there.

It is the prices aren't too bad either. Every home game you'll find me in the Bricklayers Arms nice little pub and great atmospheres on match days. After games it's always back to the Coach and Horses!

Is that the one near the station? I go in the Bell and Hare sometimes too.

 Bell and Hare? Heard good things about it since that new lot took over, they were nasty in there before. Really stingy with prices aswell! It's a great pre-season pub as I remember it has that massive square? There's so many good pubs around the Lane :nodyes:

Sure mate - lets hope that we beat Slavia because I think it's sold out!

It will be tough over two legs but I think we'll do it. Then it's knock-out isn't it?

Two legs all the way to the final I'm afraid. With a nice little trip to either PSV or Helsingborgs if we do beat Slavia. Going to be interesting!

Oh, don't know what made me think that. Still, I'll try and get to one of the games. Like you say, cup games are great at The Lane.

Aye, best fans in the world when we want to be :nodyes:
Spurs vs Sevilla 2nd half best atmosphere ever, I swear. Loads of fans had tears in their eyes and that wasn't just because we went out!
Spurs v Getafe was great aswell. Another one we lost :(

I went to both cup finals in ‘81 and ‘82. The League Cup final in ’82 when we lost 1-0 to Liverpool. The UEFA cup final 2nd leg at WHL against Anderlecht. I went to the semi-final against Arsenal and the final against Forest in ‘91
So I’ve got some good memories.

:yikes: I was young then, hadn't even moved to England before the 81 final! I've only really been going regularly since 2000 so this years final will be my first since the '02 one which we lost.
