Oh god, I hope not yes:

I'm hating all this loan malarky. We should have bought a good two or three players when the transfer window was open!

2 many on loan signings leave a team un balanced.

Aye. We needed a couple of decent players being brought in anyway so what's the point in depending on loaning players for a month or two at a time when we could have just bought a couple for keeps.

2 many loanees destabilises your club, Reid did it with us, I am not knocking him, biy Imo it is not good for team building or stability for the player or club.

Unless a loanee is there for the season/or at least a good lenght of time.

Scum and Arsenal do it to good effect.

Yes I know what you're saying. The team get used to players to watch them go, to get in new players for a month etc, which is one of the main reasons I'd have prefered to just buy two or so players, as well as the fact that I hate to have good players boost our team up for a month or two only.

It is always better to sign players on long term, it gives the player time to settle and his team mates time to get to know him.

It is like in any work place, a temp is really a fly by night, stability and longevity is better in any work situation, a football club is better if team building is allowed to flourish

The thing is, at a little club with a stingy chairman and very little money, it is difficult to get the players.

a football club is better if it is playing at the highest level possible- which means loans are essential business for cover to players etc.

the again didn't think you'd realise that, just like you don't realise that backing a manager at every opportunity isn't the best thing to do

I realise Pool have not got massive resources, that is why it is imperative this season that all the supporters must get behind the manager and players and stay up.

Believe me wilson will have done a great job in keeping you up, then hopefully you can grow and develop a stronger side over the next few seasons.

I know you don't get big crowds, but it isn't really a big place, and the better players you develop will move on, didn't wheater start at Pool, but just shout your heart out for your club and stay in Div 1.

how do you know he'll keep them up?

if he does ****, given his track record, why should they stand by him?

what makes you so sure that every decent player will move on, that all comes down to position and ambition at the club?

come on oh knowledgable one
