Get off his back. Not my first choice for manager (or my second, third, forth, fifth etc.) but he's here now, and he deserves the time to show his hand. Lets face it, its not as though he's taken over a successful outfit and started losing with it. He's got a mountain to climb, and shouldn't be judged...yet.
