Liverpool look set to tie up the deal for Javier Mascherano in the next week, with the fee likely to be paid to the players â€˜ownersâ€™ MSI in 4 installments.
Javier Mascherano has been speaking to the official site, stating his desire to stay with the club.

if he's still owned by msi nothings changed- the premier league should either refund west ham their fine or hand out the same punishment to liverpool

third party ownership. fairly simple- you should really know that

nothings changed- you should be fined. this is no different to them- and you think im clueless, your certainly displaying a less than adequate grasp of football here
