Well do you think he will last much longer? if they dont win nothing this season then he could be gone. saw pictures in newspapers this morning of their training sessions. was on about how the players dont listen to him and get on with it themselves. also talking about how its roman running the team and not grant. which is probaly how it is, as nobody even knew avran grant till he came to chelsea

so Grant is nothing more than a puppet? I wouldn't be surprised... but begs to question: If Roman is making squad selections, where is his mate Sheva?
what newspaper? are the pics online too?

Avram can't perform on the bif occasions, makes you wonder how much he wants the job, and how pasionate he is about each game.

If Avram doesn't produce the goods then Roman will find another coach. You can be sure of that.
well if Roman is making all the key decisions it doesn't really matter who's in the managerial role does it?
They don't want to be slipping in to that sack-the-manager-merry-go-round because then it doesn't matter how much money they've got they'll be guaranteed to go nowhere.

as a Chelsea fan I look at him during the game and when ever they show the camera on him, I don't see the passion and the willingness to compete like there was in Mourinho's eyes. Unlike Mourinho he doesn't seem to care about every movement on the ball,

To be completly honest I thinks he needs more experience before taking a job such as Chelsea that requires so much from the fans. He could of been at Bolton or a championship club that would of built his confidence of the English game.

He is a real boring manager, probably bores the players also. Probably why they are not playing too good at the moment. Its such a shame lol.

look at player like Joe Cole and Wright-Phillips, they don't get the chance to shine as much as they did under Mourinho. Cole managed to shine against spurs but will he get the chance to play another whole game with so much freedom. It makes me wonder if he has learnt how to get the most of each player after his time being at the club.

the way i see it is, if the owner is dabling in squad they dont deserve to win anything, leave the manager to the job

I dont think he'd get the boot...Kenyon seems to love him way to much ; well thats the impression I got when they hired him.

yeah mourinho and grant are totally different class. Mourinho had something special that could change the complextion of the game but Grant just lacks any original ideas. Plus Grant is not a big game manager (as proven with carling cup and top 4 games this season) and that could be his downfall if they get near the CL Final this year

I think Chelsea should start looking for a manager with passion for every game. Grant has done well, but he lacks the passion.
Mourinho knew how to protect hisplayers from the press, he brought in a winning matality and made each one of them believe they were winners. The players respected him and if Grant left, would any players be so upset that they cry, like they did when Mourinho said his goodbyes.
Personally I don't think Grant will be able to cope much longer at Chelsea manager, if anything he should keep his reputation and walk away at the end of the season.
