I think you're an idealist and a romantic which is great, but there is a lot of money in the game today. If Stoke played every premier league side and played a passing game they would probably go down. The know that so they adopt tactics which enables them to beat better teams like Tottenham. I am not saying it's good or that I approve, but that's the way it is.

The game was never like is it these days. It was scrappy and as it is in the Championship, the Premier League over the past 10 years has brought in the fancy football, but tbh that wins your nothing. What wins you games is goals.

I really couldn't give a **** how we played as long as we win games. But if we lose games then I will give a ****!! lol I want the best of both worlds like every other fan but it is not going to happen. Maybe you were unlucky today, or maybe Stoke were better than you in the last 3rd.
